Our true nature is radiant, clear, joyous, and powerful. That’s exactly what powers over us don’t want us to know about ourselves. Nearly everything in our current reality pulls us away from knowing our true nature. Because when are aware of our true nature, we are much less influenced by their attempts to have power over us. Liberation means knowing true reality and how freedom comes from there.  It’s all a game, we just need to remember how it’s played.

It's so easy to get trapped in a reality of dopamine baiting screens, 24 new cycles reminding us to live in scarcity and fear, and influencers selling us things we don’t need. It’s all illusion, all day every day. Very little in our outer world reflects the true inner world back to us.

The great news is they can’t hide the true nature of reality from us.  They can only distract us so we don’t know where to look. Once we find it, they can’t take away what we have learned.  So what is the solution? You only need to go inwards to discover the entire universe is in you, with as much wisdom and compassion as Jesus and Buddha had access to. 

This simple guided meditation practice is an easy antidote for screen time and sensory overload.  This practice will point you straight towards what they don’t want you to find - the true nature of now.  Join me for a brief chat where we learn two easy techniques to use in any meditation, followed by a 25 minute guided meditation.  Through our lightly guided practice, we meet the present moment as it truly is now. And it is in the radical present where we can also meet our true wizard self.

You don’t need to leave home to know the true nature of reality.  You just need to look inward. And then when you turn back to the material world, you can see it for the grand illusion it actually is. Power comes when we understand that we don’t need to participate in this global moment. Inner freedom is possible, and from there we can be a part of helping all beings live free and in safety in this time.
