This Sacred Soundscape prepares the energy body for higher energies coming in. Preparing the light column is one of the best ways we can be a doula for our own awakening. This soundscape is like an energetic massage for your central energy channel. It is at home beside ancient, and still living practices like yoga, breath work, tummo, daoist breathing, and more. All these practices are preparing the energy body for the event that can happen, which has been called by 100s of names.

I will never forget when I met with a European woman living in Kathmandu after seeing her flyer advertising energetic readings. Newly into my very eruptive, and perhaps what could even be called violent energetic awakening, I was looking for help managing the new energy currents zapping up my spine. Her response when I told her about my kundalini opening event was a harsh scolding, telling me “I should never, ever say I have experienced a kundalini opening.” 

Sooo, that’s not going to work for me. In The Great Age Of Misinformation, I think the best way to help others is to state my experiences as honestly and plainly as possible. Because this is happening to people. I know it’s very, very rare, and 90% of people who think they had a kundalini opening did not. They felt the movement in their energy channels that comes in preparation years before, even lifetimes before. But these experiences do happen, and it’s a safer experience when you can prepare for it. 

So yeah, while I don’t talk about it often because there is so much misunderstanding out here (I think this is the first time I’ve admitted it online outside of a closed community), the truth is I did experience a kundalini opening, and the spirits that were with me guided me through energy practices to help it be a safe experience. These are the same spirits that I walk with today. Whether you are weeks or lifetimes away, preparing the central energy column is key to spiritual well being - at least in my experience, and as the Sky Sprits council me.

WHY THE SACRED SOUNDS I OFFER ARE DIFFERENT:

Sacred singing bowls are much more than calming sounds. They are transmitters of great mystical knowings and traditions. They are sacred technology. But this is only true when the human who works for the sacred bowls has done their own soul work. The human must be able to hold the space for the potential energy that can be transmitted. This is why not all sound healing events are the same. To the ear sound events can sound similar, but the subtle energy can be very different.  Have you experienced this yourself - that some sound healing events just Feel Different?

Working with my same set of sacred singing bowls over the years, people tell me they feel different. Here is why that is true. My sacred path brought me to them. These bowls have their own story.

I can’t tell you why, but this set of scared singing bowls found me without me ever having wished for them. There is a real spooky story around the entire connection that I still find hard to believe. The story is yours when we meet and I am able to tell you over a cup of tea. Through a series of coincidences and losses, my first sacred metal singing bowls found me through a friend in Nepal. After I chose which bowls to receive, she had them blessed by the head Rinpoche of a known monastery in Kathmandu (specific names available upon request). Immediately upon meeting these living sacred objects, I met a teacher who had been trained by a man from Nepal. I worked with her for many years. These are the same sacred bowls you will here in this recording.

These bowls came to me empowered. This is not a traditional empowerment, and I am not claiming that these sacred bowls are a part of Tibetan Buddhist accepted ceremonial practices because they aren’t. When these bowls arrived they were already alive, and as they meet new lands and experiences, more and more sacred beings come through them. This is why they are so unique. These sacred bowls have been part of ceremonies in lands including Mongolia, Sápmi (Norway), Greenland, the USA, and more. Sacred singing bowls used as I do are not part of traditional Mongolian shamanism, although I do use them in Mongolia and people have profound experiences when they meet these sacred beings who are always with me. As much as every is person is unique, so are these precious beings.

There are better recordings of bowls. I do not have a sound studio or access to what others have for recording. But the energy transmitted through these bowls in this recordings comes through with full power. That’s the difference when you listen to the bowls that I care for in these recordings. They are unique in the energy they carry, and the spirits that may choose to travel through their vibrations into your space.

To have the best experience, I suggest settling your mind before listening to any recording from me.  Close your screens, set down your to do list, and take some conscious deep breathers before you play this.  When you meet these precious sacred bowls, be sure to greet them with respect.  And if something is heavy on your heart, as them for help.  Every recording is offer is not in the past.  It is a potential portal. How you meet these bowls is as much a part of the alchemy as how they came to you.
