CORE THREE ENERGY PRACTICES: GROUND CLEAN PROTECT could be described as one of my shaman heart teachings. Shamans understand that we need to have a healthy energy body to be able to navigate the challenges in this world. For years, nearly every person I met with was having trouble staying balanced due leaks, tears, spooky infections, and weakness in their energy field. Modern times means our energy bodies are under attack near daily. Energy vampires, haunted buildings, the discordant vibrations of other humans, land that needs healing and hold the memories of past traumatic events. Not to mention the nefarious unseens that like to hop from host to host.  

I was fixing energy bodies time and again, but it didn’t always stay fixed because an energy body is just a reflection of where the person has been. An unhealthy energy body is a symptom. Realising this was such huge and common problem, I wanted to help people learn how to fix their own energy fields. I needed a solution that didn't require me.  I wanted to create a practice that people can learn and use anywhere they go. I sat with my spirits in a sacred circle was shown this simple three step practice: Ground, clean, and protect. That was years ago, and I have taught this technique to countless people. Over the years people have reported that these videos are great for learning the technique, then moving on to being able to do it anywhere on their own.

Filmed on a beautiful healthy fjord in the arctic in Sápmi (Norway), we meet with the support of the Land and Sky Beings who were with me that day. For each practice in this series, I walk you through simple visualization and movement practices. All movements are gentle and done while comfortably sitting. Once you have learned this method, you can use it anywhere: In your home, on a bus, at dinner party, even in a submarine. People who have learned from this series tell me they like to watch it and learn, and then revisit me at the fjord every month or so to keep up their technique.
